What we collect, and what we do with it.

Pacific Standard is operated by Pacific Standard Group, LLC. This page describes what information our website collects, who processes it on our behalf, and how to ask us to delete it. We aim to keep this short and honest.

What we collect

• Email signup. Just your email address, when you choose to join our opening list.
• Private events inquiries. The fields you submit on our events form: name, organization, email, phone, event date, party size, event type, and message.
• Abuse prevention. A one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, recorded with each inquiry to help us investigate spam if it appears.
• Basic analytics. Page views and Core Web Vitals via Vercel Analytics, plus product analytics via PostHog. Both run in cookieless mode.

Who handles it

• Vercel — hosts the website and our database (in the United States).
• Resend — sends transactional email and stores your email address if you join the opening list.
• PostHog — receives anonymized analytics events.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for as long as it's useful to follow up — typically until our opening plus 24 months. You can ask us to delete sooner at any time by emailing events@pacificstandardsf.com.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• You can request deletion of your inquiry record by emailing events@pacificstandardsf.com.
• If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what we hold about you and to ask for it to be deleted. Contact us at the same email.
